Forge

Build revenue that doesn't exist yet.

More customers are not the only way to grow. Forge finds opportunities inside what your business already knows, owns, does and has relationships with, then turns them into working revenue systems.

01 · Look inside

The opportunity may already be inside the business.

  • Customers
  • Capabilities
  • Expertise
  • Equipment
  • Relationships
  • Trust
  • Distribution
  • Data

A completed project does not always need to end the customer relationship. Forge asks one question: what else should this business be getting paid for?

02 · Shape the offer

Your next revenue stream may already exist.

Depending on the business, that might be:

  • A subscription
  • A membership
  • A maintenance plan
  • A new service line
  • An add-on
  • A premium tier
  • Recurring support
  • Productized expertise
  • An adjacent service
  • A customer retention product
03 · Make it real

The idea is not enough.

Most good ideas stall between the whiteboard and the first paying customer. Amalgament builds what is required to make it real:

  • Pricing
  • Positioning
  • Landing pages
  • Software
  • Workflow
  • Billing
  • Customer experience
  • CRM logic
  • Scheduling
  • Acquisition
  • Analytics
  • Measurement
How it is measured

From idea to revenue.

We measure a Forge system the same way you would: by the revenue it brings in, counted in your own records.

Recurring revenue is not the goal on its own.

We do not promote a subscription just because recurring revenue sounds attractive. A Forge opportunity has to solve a real customer problem and fit capabilities the business can genuinely deliver. If it does not, we will say so.

Forge exists to create revenue.
