Scout

There is business you're not winning. Find it.

Scout finds demand your company is not capturing and builds the path required to turn it into customers.

Measured at the last step, in your own records.
01 · See the opportunity

Start with where demand is going.

Scout studies the business, the market, existing customers, existing channels, and where demand is currently going. Some of it reaches you. Some of it goes to a competitor. Some of it never finds anyone.

The question is not how to get more traffic. It is which customers you should be winning and are not.

02 · Find the missing path

The gap is usually specific.

It could be:

  • An underserved geography
  • A high-value service nobody markets
  • A customer segment you already serve well
  • A referral channel nobody uses
  • Dormant leads
  • Existing customers
  • Local search demand
  • A new outbound opportunity

Or something else the research turns up. We do not decide the answer before we look.

03 · Build it

Then we build the path.

Depending on the opportunity, Scout may build:

  • Landing pages
  • Local acquisition systems
  • Outbound systems
  • Referral systems
  • Lead reactivation
  • Content acquisition
  • Search capture
  • Conversion flows
  • Follow-up systems
  • Tracked calling and booking paths
  • Integrations

You do not have to choose the tactic. You get the system the opportunity calls for, built and run by us.

How it is measured

Follow it to revenue.

We follow the customer, not the click. Where your systems allow, every result is traced from the system that created it to the revenue it produced.

We prefer read-only access to the relevant systems of record, so outcomes can be verified rather than estimated. If financial access is not available, we agree on another source of truth before launch, such as a specific CRM stage.

Not marketing services.

Scout is not a retainer for posts and ads. It is held to one question: did the business gain customers it would not otherwise have had?

Scout exists to create business.
