Insurance agencies: more customers, new revenue, less unnecessary cost.

Independent agencies earn their book one renewal at a time and lose it the same way. These are the systems we would typically build and operate for an agency, using the tools it already has.

These are examples, not a package. We start with the opportunity worth the most to your business, record a baseline, and build what it needs using the tools you already have.

What we usually see

Renewals get looked at the week they come due, when a rate increase is already in the client's inbox. Quotes go out and nobody follows up before the prospect renews with their current carrier. Certificate requests arrive by email and wait behind everything else. Clients with only an auto policy never hear about home, umbrella or business coverage. Service requests live in one person's inbox.

Tools you probably already use

  • Agency management software such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft or EZLynx
  • Carrier portals and your comparative rater
  • Email, phone and text messaging
  • E-signature and your client portal
  • Your website and quote request forms

Where we would start

  1. 01

    Renewals reviewed before they arrive

Every renewal surfaces weeks ahead with the current premium, the expected change and the account's history, so your team decides who needs a remarket or a conversation.

    What changes

Clients hear from you before they hear about a rate increase from someone else.

  2. 02

Quotes that follow up on themselves

Every open quote gets check-ins timed to the prospect's current renewal date, with a clear way to ask questions or move forward.

    What changes

Quotes stop expiring in the inbox.

  3. 03

    Certificates of insurance, same day

Certificate requests are captured from email and forms, matched to the right policy and prepared for your team to review and issue.

    What changes

Contractors and commercial clients stop waiting days for a document they need to start a job.

  4. 04

Coverage gaps, found across the book

Your book reviewed for single-line households and accounts that likely need another policy, with a short list for your producers each week.

    What changes

Cross-sell happens on purpose instead of by chance.

  5. 05

    Service requests tracked to done

Endorsements, driver and vehicle changes, and billing questions logged in one place, assigned, and followed until the carrier confirms.

    What changes

Nothing sits in one person's inbox while they are out.

  6. 06

    A weekly book report

New business, renewals coming up, quotes open, service requests outstanding and retention by line, in one message.

    What changes

You see the whole agency without running reports.

What stays with you

Coverage recommendations, binding, cancellations and every policy change stay with your licensed agents. Nothing we build binds coverage or changes a policy. Connecting your tools does not authorize us to send messages or change records; every automatic action is one you agreed to, and you decide what needs review first.

Questions

Do we have to change agency management systems?
No. We work with Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx or whatever you use, and connect it to your email, rater and e-signature tools. We confirm what can connect before any work begins.
Can AI quote or bind a policy?
No. AI helps inside the systems, for example preparing a renewal summary or drafting a follow-up. Quoting decisions, binding and coverage advice stay with your licensed staff.
Does this work for commercial lines?
Yes. Certificates, renewals and service requests matter even more on commercial accounts, and we build around how your commercial team already works.
