AI for small business

AI for small business that does real work.

Most small businesses don't need an AI strategy. They need a few hours back each week. We find the jobs where AI saves your team time, build it into the tools you already use, and keep it working. You decide what it may do on its own and what waits for a person.

Example requests

What owners ask AI to do.

Examples in an owner's words, to show the kind of work we take on. They are not finished client projects.

Example

“Sort the inbox and draft replies to the routine questions for us to check.”

Example

“Read the invoices suppliers email us and enter them into QuickBooks.”

Example

“Answer "where's my order?" from our own order system.”

Example

“Pull the details out of the PDFs customers send us.”

Example

“Summarize the day's job notes so I can read them in two minutes.”

Example

“Draft a follow-up on every quote that went quiet.”

How it works

How we put AI to work.

Start with the work

We look at where your team's week goes, then use AI only where it beats plain automation.

Built into your tools

Your email, CRM, accounting and shared drives, not another app your team has to open.

You stay in control

You choose what AI may do on its own. Anything else waits for a person to approve it.

Kept working

AI models and the apps around them change often. We keep what we build working.

What we don't do

We don't sell an AI app, and we don't promise AI will replace your staff. Before we connect anything, we show you which tools will see which information, and you approve it.

Questions

Common questions.

What is the best AI for a small business?

The one that fits a job you already do. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are all capable for writing and questions. The gains come from connecting AI to your own email, records and documents, so it works on your real business. That connection is the part we build.

Can't we just use ChatGPT ourselves?

For writing and quick questions, yes, and you should. It stops helping when the work lives in your own systems: reading your orders, updating your CRM, filing documents. Connecting AI to those safely, testing it and fixing it when something changes is the work we take on.

Is our information safe?

Before we connect anything, we show you which tools will see which information, and you approve it. Your systems and your data stay yours.

How do we get started with AI?

Tell us where the week goes. We pick the one or two jobs where AI or automation saves the most time, build those first, and go from there.

What does it cost?

$2,500 a month, agreed before work starts. The monthly fee covers an agreed amount of ongoing technical work, not unlimited development. Anything bigger gets its own scope and price before it starts.
