Small business automation

Stop doing the same admin twice.

If someone on your team copies information from one system into another, that work can usually stop. We connect your software, automate the steps that repeat, and fix the connections when an app changes. You don't need to know Zapier, Make or an API. You tell us what eats the week.

Example requests

What owners ask us to automate.

Examples in an owner's words, to show the kind of work we take on. They are not finished client projects.

Example

“When a job is marked done, start the invoice in QuickBooks.”

Example

“New leads from the website go into the CRM and get a reply the same hour.”

Example

“Our weekly report takes a morning in Excel. Can it build itself?”

Example

“Send a polite reminder on every invoice that's two weeks late.”

Example

“Copy new orders from email into our order sheet.”

Example

“Set up a new client once, not in four different systems.”

How it works

How we automate your business.

Find what repeats

We watch how work moves and list the steps your team does by hand, again and again.

Use what you have

Most of your software can already do more. We turn on its own features before adding anything.

Connect and build

Where tools don't talk, we connect them, using Zapier, Make or custom code, whichever fits the job.

Keep it working

Apps change and connections break. We fix them and keep a written record of how everything is set up.

What we don't do

We don't run your office or manage your staff, and we're not a help desk for laptops or printers. We handle the automation we agree on, and we maintain it.

Questions

Common questions.

What can a small business automate?

Anything your team retypes or does the same way every time: invoices, follow-ups, lead replies, reports, client onboarding, reminders and moving data between systems. Judgment calls stay with your people.

Zapier or a custom build?

Whatever is simplest to keep running. Zapier or Make is often enough. When a job is too complex or too expensive in those tools, we build it in code.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. We start with what you already pay for and suggest something new only when it is clearly the better answer.

What does it cost?

$2,500 a month, agreed before work starts. The monthly fee covers an agreed amount of ongoing technical work, not unlimited development. Anything bigger gets its own scope and price before it starts.

Do you work with businesses near me?

We work remotely with businesses anywhere in the United States, by video call, email and shared screens.
