Tech help for mortgage lenders and brokers.
Lenders and brokers run on a loan origination system, a CRM, pricing tools, e-signature, email and texts, and much of the work between them is retyping and chasing. Leads arrive in one place and loans live in another. Borrower updates depend on someone remembering, and past clients drift out of touch. We keep your loan system and CRM in step, and send milestone updates in wording your team approves, so nobody has to remember.
The kind of thing an owner might ask.
These are examples in an owner's words, to show the kind of work we take on. They are not finished client projects.
“When a lead comes in from the website, can it reach the right loan officer in our CRM straight away?”
“Can borrowers get a text when their loan hits a milestone, without the processor sending it by hand?”
“Which files are waiting on documents, and from whom, on one page?”
“Can real estate partners get a weekly status update, for borrowers who have authorized it?”
“Our CRM and our loan system disagree about who's in the pipeline. Can they agree?”
“Can closed clients go into a follow-up list so we stay in touch after closing?”
What we might find, and build.
The right answer depends on your business. We learn how yours works first, configure what you already have when that solves it, and build only when building is the better answer.
Connect your software
Keep loan status in your origination system and your CRM in step, so the pipeline reads the same in both.
Automate repetitive work
Send milestone texts to borrowers who have agreed to texts, from the status your team already sets, in wording you approve.
Build useful tools
A pipeline view of files, outstanding conditions and who owns each next step.
Improve what you use
Configure the CRM workflows and templates you already pay for.
Practical AI
Draft routine borrower updates for a loan officer or processor to review.
Maintain what we build
Watch the connections between your loan system and CRM, and fix them when either one changes.
Mortgage lenders and brokers often run a loan origination system (such as Encompass, Arive or LendingPad), a CRM (such as Total Expert, Jungo, Surefire or GoHighLevel), pricing engines (such as Optimal Blue or Polly), e-signature, email and texting. These are examples of what firms like yours use, not a list of finished integrations. What we can connect depends on what each system allows, and we check that before we agree the work.
We don't originate loans, advise borrowers, make credit or pricing decisions, or take on your compliance obligations. Messages to borrowers use wording your company approves, and your licensed people stay responsible for the loan.
Common questions.
What does it cost?
- $2,500 a month, agreed before work starts. Larger projects and third-party software costs are agreed separately.
Do you only work with mortgage lenders?
- No. Mortgage lenders and brokers are one kind of business we help. We help established service businesses that run on many tools and have no developer, and we don't claim a deep specialty in any one industry. We learn your systems and how your team works before we change anything.
Will automated borrower messages be compliant?
- That is your company's decision. Messages use only wording your team approves, and we don't review it for compliance.
