A technical team for your brokerage.
Amalgament is your own technical team, for $2,500 a month. For a brokerage that means the closing that stalled on a missing document, the listing that expired without a conversation, and the transaction file spread across a CRM, a transaction tool and email. We connect them, automate the document chase, and build one view of closings and expiring listings. We learn how the brokerage works, tell you what is worth doing first, and look after what we build.
The questions that end up with you.
Today someone pieces each answer together from several systems, by hand. Finding a better way to answer them is the work we take on.
“Which transactions close this month, and what's still missing?”
“Who is the agent on 12 Elm Street?”
“Which listings expire in the next 30 days?”
“Has the inspection report come in on the Rivera deal?”
Built for how real estate brokerages work.
Examples of the work we take on. What we actually build depends on your systems, and we confirm it before anything starts.
One view of the work
Closings, expiring listings and missing documents in one view.
Follow-up that runs itself
Document requests that send and chase themselves until the file is complete.
Prepared, then approved
Client updates prepared for someone on your team to review and send.
Answers for new people
A new agent or coordinator able to find what the brokerage already knows.
Buyers and sellers share financial details with you, and your pipeline is your business. We ask for access to the systems involved and nothing else, we agree in writing what we touch, and you can revoke access at any time. Your records stay in your systems, and they stay yours if we stop working together.
Brokerages usually run on a CRM (such as Follow Up Boss or kvCORE), transaction management (such as dotloop or SkySlope), the MLS, email and calendar. We start from the systems you already use and confirm what we can connect before anything starts.
We are a small company taking on a limited number of clients, so every one gets real attention.
What owners ask us.
Will it message clients or agents on its own?
- Where a workflow ends in a message, a person reviews and sends it.
Is it for agents or for the brokerage?
- The brokerage. Agents and staff use it, and what it holds belongs to the brokerage.
What access do you need?
- Access to the systems involved, granted by you, limited to what the job needs, and yours to revoke at any time.
Do you replace our IT provider?
- No. We do not fix laptops, printers or networks and we are not a help desk. We improve and look after the systems we agree to take on, and we are happy to work alongside whoever supports your IT.
How do we start?
- With a conversation about how the business runs and where the time goes. We tell you plainly what is worth doing first and what it would take, and nothing starts until that is agreed in writing.
What does it cost?
- $2,500 a month, agreed before work starts. The fee covers an agreed amount of ongoing technical work; anything bigger is scoped and priced before it starts.
