Plumbers: more customers, new revenue, less unnecessary cost.

Plumbing companies live on the emergency call and grow on the work that follows it. These are the systems we would typically build and operate for a plumbing business, using the tools it already has.

These are examples, not a package. We start with the opportunity worth the most to your business, record a baseline, and build what it needs using the tools you already have.

What we usually see

A burst pipe at eleven at night rings an office line nobody is at, and the homeowner calls the next plumber on the list. Customers wait on the day of the job without knowing when the tech will arrive. The camera inspection finds a failing sewer line, the repair gets quoted, and nobody follows up. Water heaters are installed with no record of when they will need replacing.

Tools you probably already use

  • Field service software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber
  • QuickBooks or your accounting tool
  • Your phone system, answering service and text messaging
  • Your website and Google Business Profile
  • Your financing partners

Where we would start

  1. 01

Emergency calls routed to the on-call tech

After-hours calls are answered, sorted into true emergencies and next-day work, and emergencies go straight to whoever is on call with the address and the problem attached.

    What changes

The midnight leak becomes your job instead of a competitor's.

  2. 02

    Arrival windows customers can trust

Customers get a confirmation when the job is booked, a text when the tech is on the way, and a note if the schedule slips.

    What changes

Fewer calls to the office asking where the plumber is, and fewer missed appointments.

  3. 03

    Big repairs followed up

Sewer line, repipe and water heater quotes get timed check-ins, with photos or inspection video and financing options attached where you offer them.

    What changes

The large jobs your techs find stop dying after the first visit.

  4. 04

    Water heaters on a clock

Every water heater you install or service is recorded with its age, and the customer hears from you about flushing, and later replacement, before it fails.

    What changes

Replacements come to you on your schedule, not as an emergency call to someone else.

  5. 05

    Memberships that renew

Plan members get their annual inspection booked, reminders sent and renewals handled, and every completed job gets the plan offered.

    What changes

Steady work in slow weeks from customers who already trust you.

  6. 06

    A weekly number

Calls taken, jobs done, revenue, open quotes and membership count, in one message before Monday's first job.

    What changes

You know where the business stands without logging in.

What stays with you

Diagnosis, pricing and anything that touches code compliance or permits stay with your licensed plumbers. Nothing tells a customer a repair is safe to put off. Connecting your tools does not authorize us to send messages or change records; every automatic action is one you agreed to, and you decide what needs review first.

Questions

Do I have to change field service software?
No. We work with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or whatever you use, and connect it to your phones, accounting and website. We confirm what can connect before any work begins.
Who decides what counts as an emergency?
You do. We set up the questions and the rules with you, and any call that does not fit them goes to a person.
Will AI quote jobs?
No. Quotes and prices come from your team. The systems follow up on quotes you have already given.
